How it works
No manual setup. No blank-canvas paralysis. Just a structured project ready for your team to hit the ground running.
Filter by category — Engineering, Product, Marketing, HR, and more. Preview each template's task list, sections, labels, and milestones before importing.
Every template shows you exactly what you'll get: the number of tasks, the sections structure, the colour-coded labels, and which Gablura views (Kanban, List, Calendar) will be pre-configured.
Hit "Use Template" and choose a destination workspace. Gablura clones the entire project structure — all tasks, labels, sections, views, and milestones — instantly.
Import creates a new project in your workspace. Nothing from the template overwrites existing projects. You can import the same template multiple times (e.g. one sprint board per sprint cycle).
The imported project is yours — rename tasks, reassign labels, invite team members, and start focus sessions. Everything is editable after import.
Templates are starting points, not constraints. Delete what you don't need, add what you do. You can also save your customised version as your own private workspace template any time.

Save any project as a template
Once you have a project structure you love, hit "Save as Template" from the project settings menu. Your tasks, sections, labels, views, and milestones are captured exactly as-is.
Private workspace templates
Save templates privately inside your workspace. Perfect for repeated processes — sprint boards, onboarding checklists, or campaign plans your team runs every cycle.
Share publicly with the community
Opt-in to publish your template to the Gablura public gallery. Other teams can discover and import it. You'll be credited as the template author.
Ratings and usage stats
Published templates show usage counts and star ratings from other teams. The most-used community templates are featured on this page.
